I. Shipping

1、Shipping time

1.1 The seller shall ship the goods within the time specified by skyshop, except for special provisions.

1.2 Consumers apply for a refund when the seller has not yet shipped, the seller should obtain the consent of the consumer and then ship.

1.3 The seller delays the delivery, or without the consent of the consumer in the consumer to apply for a refund after the delivery, the seller shall recover the goods have been issued, but the consumer has signed and confirmed receipt of the goods, except.

2. Confirmation of shipping information

2.1 In addition to the buyer and seller agreed otherwise, the seller shall ship the goods in accordance with the order agreed upon delivery address, consignee information, and is responsible for the delivery of goods to the consumer's designated delivery address.

2.2 If the goods need to be picked up by the consumer at the designated location, it should be described in a prominent position on the product page to explain, and inform the consumer before delivery and obtain the consumer's consent. Sellers violate the foregoing provisions, the consumer has the right to refuse to sign for the goods.

2.3 Sellers should be shipped in a timely manner after the commodity information, courier information in the transaction to be updated on the relevant page.

3, the receipt of information to fill out and change

3.1 Consumers should provide sellers with accurate shipping address and consignee information in the order. Consumers can choose themselves or others as the consignee when providing consignee information. Consumers choose another person as the consignee, the consignee violates the obligations agreed in this specification, the consumer bears the corresponding responsibility.

3.2 Consumers need to change the order of the consignee address or consignee information, should be in the goods before the issuance of contact with the seller to obtain the seller's express consent, or negotiation to deal with.

3.3 If the goods cannot be delivered after shipment by the seller due to the inaccuracy of the consumer's shipping address and/or consignee information, or if the consumer requests a change of shipping address or consignee information without the seller's consent, the shipping costs shall be borne by the consumer.

II. Distribution and Receiving

1, merchandise delivery

1.1 The courier company chosen by the seller should take the initiative to contact the consignee when delivering the goods, and should not hand over the goods to the neighborhood security guard, doorman, company receptionist, etc. to sign for the goods without the consent of the consignee.

1.2 Sellers should agree with the courier company that in the process of providing delivery, they should comply with the standards and specifications stipulated in the relevant rules of the skyshop platform, provide consumers with satisfactory delivery services, and actively enhance customer satisfaction.

2. Signing for goods

2.1 After the Seller delivers the goods according to the agreement, the consignee has the obligation to receive the goods in time. The consignee can sign for the goods himself or entrust others to sign for the goods on behalf of the consignee, the signing of the entrusted person is regarded as the consignee's own signing.

2.2 Consumers only fill in the delivery address, but did not fill in the consignee or fill in the consignee information is not specific, the goods at the delivery address was signed for, the signing is considered to be the consumer's own signing.

3. Acceptance of goods

3.1 The consignee shall inspect the goods when signing for them.

3.2 Matters related to the surface consistency of the goods, the consignee should sign for the goods for acceptance. The "surface consistency" referred to in this article means that the naked eye can judge the surface of the goods received in good condition and with the description of the Internet, surface consistency of the scope of judgment, including, but not limited to, the shape of the goods, size, quantity, weight and so on.

3.3 The consignee has the right to refuse to sign for the goods if he/she finds that the surface is inconsistent when signing for the goods. The seller shall contact the consumer in a timely manner after the refusal of the goods to deal with it.

3.4 For goods that need to be signed for before opening the package to view, the consignee should require the carrier to supervise and open the package on the spot to view, such as the discovery of surface inconsistencies, should be in the signing of the bill of acceptance (consignee and carrier joint) on the note details and allow the carrier to sign to confirm or return the goods directly.

3.5 If the consignee refuses to sign for the goods without a valid reason, the shipping cost shall be borne by the consumer.

3.6 After the consignee refuses to sign for the goods, the seller shall promptly contact the carrier to retrieve the goods. Additional shipping and storage costs arising from the seller's negligence in retrieving the merchandise shall be borne by the seller.

Risk transfer

The risk of damage or loss of goods shall be transferred from the seller to the consignee after the consignee signs for the goods.

Default treatment

If the seller violates the provisions of this specification and the relevant rules of the skyshop platform and causes the consumer to complain, the seller shall deal with it in a timely manner. If the seller fails to deal with the complaint properly, resulting in the expansion of the complaint, or fails to deal with the complaint in accordance with the requirements, the skyshop shall have the right to make a judgment in the capacity of an ordinary person and request the seller to bear the corresponding responsibility.
